• Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, and pages viewed.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including products viewed, items added to the cart, and AR (Augmented Reality) features used.

C. Information from Third Parties

• Social Media / Authentication: If you log in via a third-party service such as Google or Apple, we may receive your name and email from that provider.

2. Device Permissions

To provide specific features, IndiKum may request access to the following device permissions:

• Camera & Photo Storage: Required for uploading profile pictures, supplier product images, and utilizing the Augmented Reality (AR) "View in Your Room" feature.
• Location: Used to suggest nearby suppliers, calculate accurate shipping costs, and provide localized content.
• Notifications: Used to send you order updates, promotional offers, and important app alerts via services such as Firebase and OneSignal.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Order Fulfillment: To process payments, arrange shipping, and deliver products to your doorstep.
• Supplier Matching: To share your shipping address and order details with the specific supplier fulfilling your order.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide technical assistance.
• App Improvement: To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and develop new features, including our AR shopping experience.
• Marketing & Communications: To send you push notifications, emails, or SMS about new products, exclusive deals, and order status updates. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: To monitor for suspicious activity and protect the integrity of the IndiKum marketplace.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information that is not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners.

We share your personal information only in the following situations:

• With Suppliers: To fulfill your order, we must share your name, phone number, and shipping address with the supplier selling the product.
• With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the App, including cloud hosting services such as Firebase, payment gateways, delivery/logistics partners, and push notification services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court or government agency in Saudi Arabia.
